After your photoshoot session, you will receive your unedited pictures back within 24-48hr via dropbox, if you don’t want to wait on your pictures you can pay a $40.00 fee. If you want your pictures edited you will have an option between 7 - 10 business days or $85.00 rush fee. Please keep in mind that your images will be supplied via Dropbox; please wait until you receive confirmation that your photos are ready. - If you are having your photos edited the same day, please keep in mind that you should only send the file numbers located on top of the shot (ex. DSC000). If you take a snapshot and send it, we will not answer, so please follow the instructions to get a response. - Editing time ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the photographer's availability. Please note if your photographer is at the location and wait on you and you don’t show up on time but you miss the late fee deadline we can charge your card

If you decide to book a same day session with SKIPPSTUDIO you will be charged an EXTRA $25.00 fee for last minute booking .

Yes we do travel, SKIPPSTUIOS is located in the downtown. area, Once you are 6 miles pass the area you will be charged a $35.00 fee.

Once a client cancels their photoshoot session they will be charged a 50% cancellation fee base on what service is booked. If you don’t show up for your photoshoot session YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE. Once the photographer is at your location and do a NO SHOW your card will be charged a $50.00 fee. Please keep that in mind, as you will be charged and will have to book a whole new photoshoot session. Please keep in mind that if your photographer is on-site and waiting for you, and you do not arrive on time but miss the late fee deadline, we may charge your card.

There will be NO REFUND after your session has been scheduled. Please be promptly  because this will be the only time a client will obtain a refund if SKIPPSTUDIOS is at fault for any difficulty. You will receive a reimbursement email when you will receive your refund. It might take up to 5 - 10 business days for funds to be returned to your account.

Once you are 10 minutes late for your session you will be charged an extra $50.00 fee. Once you’re 15 minutes late you will be charged a $75.00 fee.

Rescheduling fee is a extra $75.00, if not rescheduled within 3-5 days before your service.

If you have a photoshoot session and add people without the photographers consent you will be charged a $25.00 fee PER PERSON non negotiable, please be advise by that.

If you have a photoshoot session and you choose to reschedule 3-4 days before your shoot, a $40.00 fee Deposit is required before confirmation email.

After you book your session, you will receive an email with all of the information you need to have a great shoot. Please take close attention! We are not liable for missing information as a result of failure to accept confirmation.

All payments are to be made on our site. If you are having trouble with making a payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

ONCE THE CUSTOMER TIME IS UP, THE SESSION IS SUPPOSED TO END. IF IT EXTENDS BEYOND THE TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THE EXTRA TIME ADDED. TIME ADDED THIS IS NON - NEGOTIABLE
