  • If you are late, we will still begin the session at your scheduled time, but unfortunately, your session will not be extended. Please be ready early to ensure you make the most of your time.


  • Unfortunately, we do not allow rescheduling for these appointments. Once your session is confirmed, it cannot be moved, changed or refunded.

  • You will receive a Dropbox link to your photos via email and text. A file number will be located at the top of the photos

  • Unedited photos are returned within 24-72 hours via Dropbox.

  •  Please allow 4 business days for editing. Any expedited edits must be selected as an add on service when booking. Due to the volume of sessions, we cannot expedite edits after the fact.
