By booking a prom package you agree to abide by the terms outlined in the policies.

Time & Scheduling:

Please arrive promptly for your scheduled session. All sessions will begin exactly at the scheduled start time, and there are no grace periods for Prom sessions. 

We value your time and aim to make the most of each session. Your allotted time cannot be extended. Travel time is accounted for in the scheduling, and prom sessions are booked back-to-back, making the session duration firm. 

Once your appointment is scheduled, there will be no refunds or cancellations. Please be sure of your appointment time before booking. Since missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, we encourage you to plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience.

Location:

Please ensure you provide your location during the booking process. Accurate location information is required to account for travel time to your session.

We are focused on capturing the perfect moment, and the presence of bystanders can interfere with the process. For the best results, please have a section for the photographer during the session and inform your guests to respect this space.

All family, friends, and other guests must maintain a 10-15 ft distance from the photographer and camera equipment to ensure smooth operation during the photoshoot —
